This recipe is loaded with nutrients:
Avocado: rich in healthy fats
Bananas: Vitamin B6, potassium, and fiber
Cacao: antioxidants and magnesium
Almond Butter: protein and healthy fats
Chocolate, Almond Butter Avocado Pudding
1 1/2 ripe avocado
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup unsweetened cacao powder
1/2 cup almond butter (I like Barney's all natural)
1/2 cup rice syrup (or other natural sweetner of your Choice)
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the almond milk to reduce thickness. Makes 6 1/4 cup servings. Place plastic wrap tightly around cups and place in fridge overnight or for a couple hours.
